Dear Sir
I my self has a problem regarding for my termination
The company where I'm working as an associate sales. The company has terminated me without giving any kind of Intimation for my termination and my salary also is in hold, beyond this the company made me work till the date. Because only when I came to know that I have been terminated only when I called a person regarding for my salary delay and then they are saying that you have been terminated. And if I ask for the reason of my termination they say that we don't know. Kindly contact our head office.

1. Did you get any letter or was it a verbal order of termination ?
2. When you were appointed to said position were you given any appointment order ?
3. When did you stop going to office and why?

Were you given any appointment letter? Were you intimated on records that your are terminated? From when is the salary on hold? When did you stop going to the office?
Have you escalated the matter to your immediate supervisor or the company bosses? Were you a permanent employee or on probation? What is the exit clause? Why did you work even when you did not get your salary?
Give the entire picture if you want an honest reply.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have a problem regarding for my termination.
The company where I'm working as a quality representative, has terminated me without giving any kind of Intimation for my termination and my salary also is in hold since January, beyond this the company does not want to clear my dues and experience certificate. The company representative keeps threatening of filing a police complaint against me. Because only when I came to know that I have been terminated only when I repeatedly sent mails to the higher authority and called a person regarding my salary delay and then they are saying that you have been terminated since February. And if I ask for the reason of my termination they give wrong allegation. What should I do?

4. Date of termination and how it was communicated to you
5. Your current status.
