Development Sector Doesn't Have Enough Scope For Extensive HR Practices

Dear HR professionals,

I am a HR professional based out of mumbai and caught up in a confusing situation.I have a total 3 years of work experience which is partly Business development and partly Human Resources. I have worked predominantly with the development sector for all the 3 years and had to quit my last organisation as the organisation experienced a financial crunch and insolvency. During this phase; I cleared the entrance for MHRDM at Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies and my classess are to begin in June.

Now, this has landed me in an unprecedented situation as I intent to switch my sector (Since the development sector doesn't have enough scope for extensive HR practices). I am jobless and now even if I wish to take a job; I am in no position to devote full time to job as my classes at bajaj are everyday between 6.30 PM-9.30PM throughout the week. I am at a loss to understand how do I go about the job hunt and what should be my next move in streamlining my career.I request your valuable inputs.

Thanks
