Legal Action Regarding Relieving Letter?

8010416159
Hi sir,
I have worked in company for 6 months and left the company due to urgency with 3 days notice period.
Need releiving letter and told them that I will pay for short fall. In notice period.
They have calculate my FNF amount and deducted the the amount of short fall in notice period by themselves.
But then also they are not issuing me releiving letter by saying that I have given less notice period.
Done every attempt to agree him.
Can I go for legal action

Dear Annonymous,
Give the entire reasons as to why have you left in urgency? what was the notice period? Was your resignation accepted? Had you given the resignation letter? What was the revert the company gave?
Only then can anyone give a proper answer? Your query is too vague and too much is taken for granted.

Please define about "Urgency" What is the Notice Period as per the Appointment letter?
Have you submitted your Resignation in Person & obtained acknowledgement? What legal Remedy you Expect? You were Employed as what? have you handed over Charge & obtained "No Dues Certificate"
Are you a workman falling under the Definition of Sec 2(S) of Industrial Disputes Act, 1947?

You mean to say that you are ready to pay the legal fees and wait for the judgement to happen, for your relieving letter

Notice Pay if any, is recovered from the Salary and if any more than the salary, then you have to pay the difference.
How do you otherwise, expect the company to recover that money, You just vanished from the company, giving 3 days of notice, right! If you feel so much for your salary, what does the employer do, when you just leave, without any proper handover and clearance?
Your question, if is to seek how to recover the salary, then unless you clear your notice period and the clearance and give the handover, you should get nothing... You got a good job, that is why you vanished, now be ok, if your salary also vanishes....
