I worked in the company for 6 months and left due to an urgency, providing a 3-day notice period. I requested a relieving letter and informed them that I would cover any shortfall during the notice period. They calculated my Full and Final (FNF) amount and deducted the shortfall amount themselves. However, they are refusing to issue the relieving letter, citing the short notice period I gave. I have made every attempt to reach an agreement with them.
Should I consider legal action?
