Struggling with PF Withdrawal: Who Should I Contact for Updates on My Claim?

I have a query regarding the PF form withdrawal procedure. I left a company in March and did not join any other company for the next 4 months. I applied for PF withdrawal in July and to date haven't received the amount. Whom should I contact for the status? My old organization or the PF office? I was working in Bangalore, and currently, I am in Pune. I am unable to contact the Bangalore PF office. When I spoke to the Pune PF office, they say we do not have online service, so no information can be given on the amount. I would like to know when the amount is credited to our account and the contact person for the same.

You should check with your last company for your withdrawal process and get the date of submission. If possible, obtain proof of submission and get in touch with the P.R.O of the concerned PF office for your amount. If not, you can send your query to the PF commissioner via email at rpfcbglr@dataone.in or rpfcbglr@vsnl.net.

Let me tell you, in your previous company, did they maintain PF registration or not? If maintained, the first block is the state code (in your organization's state), the second block is the state area, meaning the location. Next, "000" represents your PF number. Based on your PF number, you can inquire about queries and fill out Forms 10c and 19. You should obtain a signature from your previous employer where you were working and submit your forms there. You can also submit them by post to the PF office.

Please give me clarification regarding whether PF is payable after deducting LOP or not? Because the law states to charge PF on the amount paid to the employees, i.e., Basic + DA + any allowance - LOP * 12%. Please clarify in this regard.
