The minimum wages is only in the Shop and establishment Act not for the other Area .

I want to know that Gujarat govt. has increased in the minimum wages and most of the company has did the increment of there employee. So, what effect it come and how we add this minimum wages into the increment. Whether it affect on gross ,net or in the CTC.
