My name is Lucy and I am trying to build my career in Human Resources but currently working as a customer care agent. I enrolled for an msc program in master in industrial and labour relations (HR) but at the moment I'm about to write a project proposal and project but I'm finding it difficult to go about a topic and how to write the project proposal.
