Struggling to Choose a Project Topic for My HR Degree – Any Advice?

My name is Lucy, and I am trying to build my career in Human Resources, but currently working as a customer care agent. I enrolled in an MSc program in Master in Industrial and Labour Relations (HR), but at the moment, I'm about to write a project proposal and project. However, I'm finding it difficult to choose a topic and figure out how to write the project proposal. It would be an honor if I could receive some help.
