Dear All,
We registered for ESIC in Oct 2011. We have our office in Mumbai. and in 2011 at Gujarat too. We took Sub code of ESIC for Gujarat. our all employees was working in Gujarat only so we never register any member in Mumbai code.
Gujarat office closed in 2013. and we continued the new employee in that code only even for Maharashtra.
recently we received the non compliance notice from ESIC for main code. What should we do ?
