I want to know about the maximum number of family members covered in ESIC.

Dependent members are covered, which includes dependent parents, spouse, and "minor" children. There is no specific number bar on family members count. Dependent means that they have no other source of income and are fully dependent on the ESIC member.

There is nothing called the Maximum Number of Family Members under the definition of "Family" as per the ESI Act. All those who fall within the definition of "Family" will get covered. Is it a specific question?
