Scheme Certificates Family Pension Scheme

I worked in 2 companies till 2010.after wards my employment do not attract PF
I have 2 scheme certificates issued by 2 regional offices in chennai Tambaram and Rayapettah
Is it necessary to merge the Scheme certificates
I am 58 now and can i apply with 2 scheme certificates for applying EPF Family pension
