Dear sir,

I am Madhusudana from Mysore, working in an Ayurvedic manufacturing company. Sir, they have provided 1275 VDA for this year, whereas last year they had given 2600 RS. However, this year they have fully deducted this amount and only provided 1275 RS. I would like to know if this is correct or if the VDA from 2017-18 will be added to the 2600 RS from last year's VDA. Please inform us.

Please find attached a copy of the MW details for the Ayurvedic Manufacturing in Karnataka for 2017-18. As per the details, the Dearness Allowance (DA) is Rs. 1275/=, and the Basic has been increased by merging a portion of the old DA.
