How Can I Encourage Long-Term Commitment from Employees During Increment Season?

Greetings of the day, everyone. This is the increment period in my company, and we have very good resources that we don't want to leave the company for the next 1-2 years. We are providing them with increments as per their expectations. From some sources, we got to know that a few of them are looking for a job change.

Seeking Solutions for Employee Retention

Now, please help me with a solution to this situation. Can I add a few other lines in their increment letter for their long-term employment, or is there any other solution for this?

You can add a clause stating that a portion of the increment will be paid only after the completion of 3/6/9/12 months of service, as per your requirements.
