Why Do Candidates Back Out After Accepting Job Offers, and How Can We Prevent It?

Hi,

Recently, we have seen that candidates step down or don't join the organization even after accepting the offer. We have also noticed that candidates don't even bother to inform us that they are not interested in joining, which causes inconvenience for both the employer and the consultancy.

Experts, please suggest how we can avoid this situation.

Recruitment process is at fault. The recruiter/selector fails to understand whether the candidate will join or not. Therefore, there is a need to review the competency of the interviewer/selector.
