Hi, I am currently pursuing a Master in Human Resource and I was task to conduct a research on succession planning. Can you suggest a good succession plan model that can be used in government agencies? Honestly I can't think of a good problem statement yet on this matter.. Am working backward on my research since we were given the required outcome.. Please help
