If the employee is eligible for gratuity, can any employee claim gratuity after 2 years of their date of leaving the organization? What is the legal status regarding this?

Employers should pay the Gratuity within 30 days from the date of relieving. Even if the employee has not submitted his claim, the employee is still entitled to receive gratuity along with interest at 12% per annum.
