Can Any Employee Claim Gratuity After 2 Years Of His Date Of Leaving?

If the employee is eligible for the gratuity, Can any employee claim gratuity after 2 years of his date of leaving of the organization. what is law status about this.

Dear Prashant I know that My question is there any specific time limit to claim the gratuity after completion of 5 years.

Employer should pay the Gratuity within 30 days from the date of relieving.Though Employee has not submitted his claim.Employee is liable to get fratuity together with interest @ 12% Per Annum
