My company is a new private limited company, and I want to create the leave policy for the company. I have also recently joined the organization, so I am facing many problems in setting up things. Kindly guide me, seniors, on setting up some HR policies like the leave policy, travel policy, salary structure, rules for PF, ESIC, and other important policies that you believe are necessary for a new company. Our company is a private limited company, and recruitment is currently in process. The initial employee strength will be 20.
