Getting a Job outside teaching - will I get opportunities as a trainer?

Hi , I am working as an assistant professor in one of the MBA institutes in Pune. I now wish to switch my career. I am looking for opportunities as a trainer in Manufacturing industry in Pune. Will i get such job after having worked in academics for last 5 yrs? Please guide me
