Dear All,
I had to abscond from cognizant after serving 1 and half months notice period out of the actual 2 months notice period.Now they are asking me to pay in lieu of notice period.
I am not going to join cognizant in future.
I have got a job oppurtunity abroad and have come there.
In the letter they have mentioned that they would take legal actions if i dont pay the amount.
What should i do?
