ESI e pehchan smart cards - Whether IP has to affix family photograph on the temporary e- pehchan cards?

Dear seniors, I have a doubt regrading the ESI e-pehchan cards. I am working in Chennai region. ESI is not issuing smart cards like that of before. How an IP and family/dependants get the medical benefits. Whether IP has to affix family photograph on the temporary e- pehchan cards. Please help me.

Dear Elizabeth, Upload IP and his/her dependents Aadhar numbers in ESI website (IP and his/her aadhar numbers should be reflect on e -pehchan card), this pehcahn card can be used as a Permanent Identity card for availing medical benefits till the eligibility for medical benefit exits.

I just completed the ESI registration process for employees in my organisation. I have seeded AADHAAR numbers of the IP, the Nominee and the family members as well. Though the ePehchan cards that were obtained from the ESI portal had all the AADHAAR details, every one of them was indicated as "unverified". The registartion portal did not have any feature to upload the AADHAAR, neither did the employees receive any OTP or verification on their AADHAAR registered mobile numbers. Are the employees required to visit the nearest ESI dispensary (or their home dispensary) to complete the biometric verification? Any input on this would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance

from where employee can download this e pachan card for esi person, as esi cards in todays time are closed.

But I have one more doubt regarding this. Whether employee has to affix family photograph and get attested by the employer. And how an employee can avail ESI benefits with this e- pehchan cards??
Whether employee should take this card to nearest dispensary and get attested for availing medical benefit for him/her and dependents..In my understanding every month employee should take this card to his nearest dispensary and get attested for treatment.

As pr the Circular "TIC has been renamed as e-Pehchan Card. If Insured Person,who have fed their Aadhaar numbers in the ESIC Database,This will serve as Permanent ID in lieu of Biometric Pehchan Card and the insured person will not be required to get enrolled for Bio metric pehchan Card." Even in e-Pehchan card, Aadhaar status shows "Unverified" , IP is insured and can get treatment. With Aadhaar based auth., IP need not go to Pehchan camp. please find attached circular for more clarification.

i have e-pehchan card pdf and i want to get my ESIC card, how can i get it and want to add another member of my family how is it possible

instead it been more than 1 year i haven't visited any ESIC dispensary to link my aadhar, can i still visit my nearest dispensary to link my aadhar or add a member
