Would anyone please provide with HSE Policy and procedure manual for both Tyre Retreading and Copper Cables Manufacturing Company.

Please take care of the provisions in the Factories Act and its rules as well as Pollution control Board instructions of your state or where the unit is established which is basics of HSE.
