New Employee Without UAN: How Do You Generate ECR in the New Format?

In the new ECR format, there is a separate UAN column. However, if a new employee does not have a UAN, then how can the ECR be generated?

To log in to the unified portal, use your user ID and password on the homepage. Then, navigate to: Member > Register (individual or bulk) > Update the relevant information following the available format on the portal. Finally, select Approvals > Select Approve/Reject.
