Minimum Wages in Fabric Printing: Are We Following the Right Guidelines?

I am working in a fabric printing industry. Currently, we are following national floor level minimum wages in our factory. Is this correct, or which category of minimum wages do we have to follow? Kindly advise me.

Dear Mr. Rajesh,

The TN Govt has not notified any minimum wage for the Fabric printing industry so far. Therefore, you may follow the NFLMW, which is currently Rs 160 per day. I have attached an old circular from the TN Labour Commissioner for your reference.
