PhD Topics And Guidance.

I am interested in starting Ph.D.
My area of interest is HRM/Organizational Behavior/Organizational Development
I am interested for Ph.D in such a topic where I can have industry exposure also. I am more than 17 years experiences and specially 8 years in Human Resource Management Field.
Please suggest me some important HRM topics for Ph.D and guidance on the same,
Currently I am leading a group of companies as a HR Head.

You need to decide what topic interests you, what access you can get to collect primary data about the topic, where you will pursue your PhD, what interest does your guide/supervisor has about the topic and so on before you can decide.
