I would like to know more about EPF. It would be great if someone could answer my queries. What is the current percentage of Employee PF deduction and Employer Addition? When can the employees withdraw their PF balance? What is the real benefit of PF? Let me know these, please.

I worked from 2011 to 2012 in Pune. How can I get my PF amount? During this time, I also worked at another bank. How can I transfer the PF amount to my new PF account? The PF number given by the consultancy is MH/PUN/34564/1708. Is this PF number correct or incorrect?
