Job change - no growth or learning in this atmosphere

Hi everyone, I am working in a big trust as computer operator from last 7 year. There is no growth or learning in this atmosphere. I have completed my MBA in Hr (Distance) last year.Now I want change my job profile. I receive a job offer for hr executive post in Small Automobile Showrooms. they offer me 11000 per month. So I am confused about joining. But I do joining this company is better for me & my career or not. Please suggest me.

As you are saying that you assume that you are unable to learn new things in present company and some what atmosphere is also not so good, this is different matter in fact.
As you have done MBA ( HR) and you got an offer also from small automobile showroom presently, i will suggest you must go and join new job with a commitment that you will not get discourage in new job as atmosphere, activities, challenges will be very new to for you, this time will be as transformation and learning time for you.
So go ahead with new job, and try to learn new things, try to fit your self in new environment as well.
