Dear Sir, how do I link the Aadhaar card number with a new ESIC IP? The employee had already registered the Aadhaar card with his previous employer-issued ESIC IP address without our knowledge, and we also created a new IP address for him. However, the employee is unable to use the new smart card issued by the ESIC department for his medical benefits, as it states that the Aadhaar card is not activated. When we tried to link his Aadhaar ID with the new IP address, it was not accepted, indicating that the number is already registered. Could you please guide me on how to rectify this issue?
