PF Transfer Dilemma: Do I Need a Minimum Contribution with My New Employer?

Hi All,

I have a query. While transferring PF amount from the previous employer to the present employer, is a minimum contribution period required with the current employer to get the transfer done? Kindly help with the query. Thank you.

Approval from the current employer, by UAN seeding and generation of a new EPF number with one month ECR filing, is enough to file the transfer claim in Form 13.

Present Employer/Previous Employer will only approve your claim by Digital Signature. Please go ahead and file your Transfer Claim. Whatever money is lying in your PF Account will stand transferred to your Present PF Account.
