Maternity Leave Benefit Under ESIC Act

Can someone help me with the process of getting the salary? My wife's office doesn't provide her with the card and now before 1 week of delivery hey handed over a e-pehechan card and asked her to go to the dispensary. Not really know how to proceed on

Sir, I think, even at this stage you can contact the concerned ESIS dispensary and also ESI Branch Office ( with Pehchan Card of your wife) to which your wife is attached and inform them about correct position and enquire from them as to how to claim medical facilities as well as cash benefit which is called maternity benefit. Hope the officials of these offices will guide you properly.
