Seeking Career Guidance: How to Find a Day Shift Job in IT Without Coding?

Cherry09
I'm 26 years old and have a B.Tech in IT. I have 3 years of technical and sales support experience in a non-voice process. I used to earn 18k per month. I resigned from my job 6 months ago due to health problems, but now I have recovered. I am now applying for jobs in the same field, but all of them involve rotational shifts. I previously worked only day shifts, so I am looking for a day shift position. Can someone please advise me? Do I need to take any courses? I am not interested in coding. I want a day shift job with good pay. What steps should I take for my career?

Also, could someone please help me prepare my resume? I have a copy of my resume, but I don't think it's tailored properly for applying in the networking field. I have attached my resume for review. Thank you.

Please recommend any courses that could help me enhance my skills for obtaining a better position.

Thank you.

Hi Cherry,

My question is, as a B.Tech graduate, why did you choose to continue your career in a non-voice process? Are you satisfied with your domain?

Let me know.

Regards,
Bhavya

Thank you for replying, Bhavya. After my graduation, I started searching for a job in the software field. Unfortunately, I didn't secure any job, perhaps because I lack knowledge in coding and programming. I then received an opportunity in the networking field as a Technical Support specialist. With 3 years of experience in tech support, I decided to focus on finding a job in this field as I have no other experience or understanding of other fields. I would appreciate some guidance on how to improve my skills to secure a better job with higher pay. I am willing to switch to a different field by taking courses.

I am also unhappy with my current domain. Please advise.
