Swapnil1225
Dear all,

I wanted to know how and what all forms need to be submitted if you want to transfer PF amount from Trust (Exempted) to my new PF Account, which is with the regional PF office (unexempted).

1. Which forms need to be filled?
2. Whom to submit to?
3. How many forms need to be submitted?

Thank you.

You are required to fill out Form 13 of PF for the transfer of PF. You need to submit it to the current company's HR department, and they will take care of the necessary steps. In fact, they should have provided guidance to you. It's advisable to coordinate closely with your HR for a smooth process.

Hi,

To transfer your PF money from an Exempted Organization to a Non-Exempted Organization, you need to submit Form 13, PF Cheque, Annexure 13, a cover letter provided by your previous organization, and your ID proof.

Dear Mr. Swapnil,

The transfer of PF from exempted to un-exempted requires Form 13 duly signed by your current establishment to be sent to the Trust (exempted establishment). The exempted establishment will send a cheque to the concerned RPFC, as indicated in Form 13, along with Annexure K for the transfer of EPF.

Another Form 13 must be submitted to the Present RPFC for the transfer of EPS. The Present RPFC will request EPS from the concerned RPFC.

Thank you,
