Is It Legal for a Large Company in India to Skip Provident Fund and Payslips?

My company does not provide provident fund (PF) and payslips to employees. Is it legal?

The organization has 15+ branches all over India, with more than 200 employees working in the same organization.

Dear Kunal,

It is totally illegal if your company did not provide you the payslip. Just ask your HR manager if they did not give you the hard copy of the payslip, then they can email your payslip to your personal email address.
