"HR Manager" in a company and would like do LLB course - please advice

I am working as "HR Manager" in an company and would like do LLB course, can anyone advice me, what is process? and which is recognised?

Multiple universities and its affiliated colleges / institutions runs LLB course , duration of LLB course is for 3 years , 6 semesters are there in 3 years,
Mostly its on regular mode or full time, distance learning courses are pretend to be available by some colleges, but almost it is done full time only, as you are in job so you have to manage both,
you have to check it out on internet about the near by colleges /institutions,which offers such course,
before taking admission must check colleges eligibility that if its governed by BAR COUNCIL OF INDIA.
