What Degree or Course Should I Pursue After an MBA in HR with 2 Years Experience?

Gunjan Sarojwal
Dear All,

Please suggest a degree or course to pursue after completing an MBA in HR. I have 2 years of post-qualification experience.

Thanks,

Hi Sarojwal,

I am of the opinion that you can join a Diploma in Labour Laws program at the Institute of Law in Delhi. You can also search for relevant courses through IGNOU. Thereafter, if you have a deep inclination towards learning, there is no dearth of relevant courses. "Think twice, act once." Conventional wisdom of a carpenter says: "measure twice, cut once." Read books on attitude, wisdom, etc., self-improvement books. Try to put into practice and see if it works.

I am an MBA pass out with 2 years of experience in sales. Now, I am considering pursuing a B.Ed course. Can you please confirm if I am eligible for the B.Ed course after completing my MBA degree?

Looking forward to your response.

Dear Pradeep,

Yes, one can do a B.Ed after an MBA. But why didn't you do it before?
