Struggling to Avail PMRPY Benefits: How Can I Resolve Missing Member Details?

Dear All,

I registered 11 new members on the PMRPY portal using EPFO login. Aadhaar was also validated, and the status shows successfully registered. Subsequently, I filed the ECR on the UAN portal for February 2017 wages. However, there has been no change in the Reimbursement Details, and the status indicates that the payment process has not been initiated.

On the UAN portal, under PMRPY benefits, it shows "No PMRPY member details found." I seek assistance in availing PMRPY benefits for my establishment.

Please advise on how to resolve this issue.
