I have worked on the HR Policy draft for my organization after discussions with the internal heads of the organization. This is the first time I have prepared the full document. I would like to share the same for the review purpose of the seniors and fellow colleagues on cite HR. Kindly provide your inputs on the same to improve the quality of this document.

Congratulations on a well-drafted manual. I would have liked it more if you had included safety rules, hierarchy, organizational structure, and working hours. Although you covered the induction program, it does not reflect the company's layout. You have done a good job, but it doesn't address sexual harassment.
