We are a small IT firm with a workforce of 30 employees, and we are considering registering under the National Skill Registry (NSR). Could enrollment in the NSR potentially reduce absconding cases? Please share your experiences with the NSR, along with its advantages and disadvantages. Any help in this matter would be highly appreciated.
