Delhi Minimum Wages Notification Stayed By Delhi High Court

As per Delhi High Court Order in Case No. W.P (C) 12088/2016, the notification for Minimum Wages for Delhi issued as per Notification No. F.Addl. LC/Lab/ MW/ 2016/ 4859 dated 03.03.2017 has been stayed. Thus, until the proceedings are decided in the court the Minimum Wages cannot be considered.

Further updates on the subject concerned W.P.(C) 12088/2016 and CM Nos.9316/2017 & 10386/2017 in Hon’ble High Court of Delhi by Hon’ble Ms. Justice Anu Malhotra promulgate order dated 19th April 2017, time is asked to record file, and next date for hearing is provided for 11th September 2017 list along with W.P.(C) Nos.3360/2017, 2658/2017 and 8125/2016.
