Delay in compliance attract imposition of penal and interest etc. If a person is even working for single day and you are going to pay wages / salary, you are required to maintain all prescribed records. No excuse for initial stage or cumbersome activity.
Udyog Aadhar is another process which you have to obtain online from MSME site which is treated like a birth certificate of any industry and will be requisitioned by various authorities from time to time.
