How Can I Find My UAN Number to Transfer My PF Balance After Leaving a Job?

Dear All, can anybody help me to know about my UAN number for my PF account? I have worked in a private company for 5 months, with the PF amount deducted from my salary. While working, the UAN was not generated for my PF account. After quitting my job, I heard that it was created. I am not aware of how to check it. Could you please help me to find the UAN number for the PF account?

If I withdraw my PF, I won't be eligible to receive the employer contribution share. Therefore, I plan to transfer the amount to another company. I need to check my PF balance, which requires the UAN number. Can anyone help me in this case? My number is [Phone Number Removed For Privacy-Reasons].
