I want to number the extinguishers for easy identification. If anyone has any photos or suggestions, please attach them here. For example, I have uploaded a picture.

Indications for Any Type of Instrument

Indications for any type of instrument can be done in multiple manners:

Floorwise

- IN NUMERIC ORDERS - 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
- ELSE - ALPHABETICALLY - A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I

Floorwise Details

GF - GROUND FLOOR - A-B-C-D/1-2-3-4
FF - FIRST FLOOR
SF - SECOND FLOOR AND ACCORDINGLY

Important Notes

- DATE OF REFILL / EXPIRY DATE / RE-REFILL DATE SHOULD BE MENTIONED ON FIRE EXTINGUISHERS.
- RELATED DEPARTMENTS WILL ALSO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR DEMONSTRATIONS / MOCK DRILLS / FIRE SAFETY TRAINING FROM FIRE DEPARTMENTS / VENDORS TO HANDLE SITUATIONS IF FIRE OCCURS IN INFRASTRUCTURE.
- SIGNATURES SHOULD BE MADE ON CYLINDERS OF KEY PERSON AFTER THEY GET REFILLED.
