Mistakenly Removed the Wrong Employee from ESI: How Can I Fix This?

Dear Sir/Madam,

Last month, I mistakenly removed an existing member from ESI contributions instead of the intended exit member. I now wish to reinstate the existing member and correctly exit the individual who has left. Could you please advise me on the procedure for this matter?

Simply add the member while filing the CR. Remove the actual exiting member and input their last working day for records.
