Dear Seniors,
My company has three Saturdays off in a month (but not fixed). Anybody is free to take three compensatory days off on any day of the month. Moreover, we have an Overtime Policy that clearly states that anybody can work overtime beyond the regular 8 hours.
In the scenario where someone comes to the office on a Saturday off day or their scheduled day off for 3 or 4 hours, will they be eligible to receive 3 or 4 hours of overtime pay? If not, please provide some logic or clarification.
Regards,
Prem
