Understanding the New EPFO Composite Claim Form for Death Cases: What You Need to Know

As per EPFO Notification No. Manual/Amendment/2011/Pt./163, the Central Provident Fund Commissioner prescribes the Composite Claim Form in Death cases by replacing existing Forms No. 20, 5-IF, and 10-D. This new Composite Claim Form may be used by the claimant in the case of the death of a member to apply for the claim of provident fund, insurance fund, and monthly pension in this single form.
