once the employee is left the service and it is intimated to EPFO in returns, the employer can not upload or approve the document with dsc as the employee is not available on his portal
meet the employer and submit your forms for attestation , employer may delay the same but can not deny the EPF forms,
however if you are employed at any other place, then you are not eligible to withdraw, but you can make transfer claim, by getting the present signature on the form

If an employee has left a company, the employer is not signing the PF withdrawal form. Is it possible the same to be signed and attested/certified by some other Gazetted Officer.
Reply urgently please.
