Resolving Issues with PF Withdrawal, Employer Attestation, and KYC Approval

Narendra ind
Hello,

I resigned from my job without serving the notice period. As a result, my employer did not provide a signature on my PF withdrawal form. I submitted my KYC documents online, but my form was not accepted at the PF office. They mentioned that my KYC has not been approved by my employer.

What can I do? Please help...

Once the employee has left the service and it is intimated to EPFO in returns, the employer cannot upload or approve the document with DSC as the employee is not available on their portal.

Meet the employer and submit your forms for attestation. The employer may delay the process, but they cannot deny the EPF forms. However, if you are employed elsewhere, you are not eligible to withdraw. Instead, you can make a transfer claim by obtaining the present signature on the form.

Please find out from the PF Office which nominated members are authorized to sign PF withdrawal forms besides your previous employer. Notify them in writing if your employer refuses to sign the forms, but make sure you are not currently employed.

If an employee has left a company, and the employer is not signing the PF withdrawal form, is it possible for the same to be signed and attested/certified by some other Gazetted Officer?

Reply urgently, please.

Yes, PF withdrawal forms can also be signed by the following authorized officers:

1. A Gazetted Officer
2. Postmaster
3. Member of Parliament
4. MLA
5. Manager of the bank in which the SB account is maintained
6. Member of the Central Board of Trustee/Regional Committee-EPF

Please let me know if you need any further assistance.

Employer did not sign the PF withdrawal forms. Can I have them signed by a gazetted officer on the new PF COMPOSITE CLAIM FORM (NON-AADHAR)?

Please help me.
