Confused About Salary Deductions? Need Help Creating a Salary Slip for 21k

My actual salary is 22108, but the net pay is only 17815. The salary slip shows 19118 and 17815 only. They mentioned that the remaining amount is for PF on both sides, gratuity, bonus, etc., which will be deducted from the salary. I am looking to change my company, but I am unsure of how to prepare a salary slip. Can you please provide a handwritten salary slip for 21 thousand?

Get in touch with your employer for a breakup after the inclusion of the employer's share. Even, it cannot reach 22k.

Our employer is not even providing a salary slip. I managed to get one for the purpose of applying for a credit card. However, they are not willing to support this and have mentioned that if they provide a payslip, they will consider changing the company.

Have we asked for a salary slip demand? But your version is that your salary is above 22k, but the employer says it is 17800 around. So, you have to clarify the breakup of the details between both amounts. Clarification of the amount does not mean the demand for a payslip.

My company deducts PF but doesn't provide a salary slip. In addition to this, PF is deducted twice a year (accumulating for 6 months). Is this legally accepted?
