What Are the PC Requirements for Digital Signature Registration on EPF's Portal?

I want to know about the PC requirements for registering digital signature Class 2 & 3 in EPF's new Unified Portal.

PC does not matter, Windows 7 or later, Internet Explorer and Java 8.1 or latest will serve the purpose.
