Kindly provide me exact details for my question with proofs of cases or incidents.
Can an employer has a right to remove an employee without providing any type notices in india.
1. The employee is almost in completion of 2 years careeer in the organization.
2. While joining the employee he has agreed the contract between employer and employee in all aspects.
3. But the employee is good in all the works of the organization.
4. The reason for the removal may be anything viz., asking high salary, and giving staight forward answeres to the employer.
