Unified EPF UAN Date of Joining issue - "Date of Joining is missing"

Hi, can anyone help me in this regard.. I am trying to exit the member from Unified portal of EPF, but was showing error like "Date of Joining is missing"
as i have checked i realised that there was no DOJ given during UAN process. But, now this was not processing without DOJ of UAN. i wad tried to edit employee data but, nothing fount to edit the data. Kindly help me on my way to get it done.

this will not effect the employee to join elsewhere or withdrawal process , however for your employer side safeguard download the whole database , put the missing details and submit a request letter to EPF office for update of missing details, (be ensure that the same is in accordance with your form 9 register)

Hi Sharma, thank you for valuable information shared. Can you confirm me any other option available that can unable us to update the data in the portal.

if KYC was submitted earlier with DSC via OTCP employer portal, then look at that copy where the relation , gender and DOJ was mentioned in a row, if the same does match with your form-9 register then you can file grievance online, enclosing that document as proof / record.

Kindly update the DOB on unified portal through Member registration Bulk tab and then upload exit option. It will work. We have done successfully.

Yes it will. Just give UAN of that employee and enter DOJ & other mandatory fields.

Hi Jigar, really thank you for the time spent to replaying to my queries. i just tried as you said but, it didnt work out.
if you dont mine can specify me with any example for this.

uploading with bulk, made another account of members started with 10000 but with same UAN, how it will be another chaos to make it cancelled with department.
