Introduction of New EPFO Composite Claim Forms

Dear All,

EPFO has introduced new composite single-page claim forms to replace Form 19, 10 C, and 31. These composite forms are available in two types: Aadhar and Non-Aadhar versions.

Types of Composite Claim Forms

The Aadhar version is applicable when the employee's UAN number is linked with Aadhar and bank account details, thereby eliminating the need for employer attestation. The Non-Aadhar version is used when the employee's UAN number is not linked with Aadhar, requiring the employee to provide bank account details and necessitating employer attestation.
