How To Claim In Maternity Leave In Esic

I am working in private company. my joining month & year is sep-2014. every month i will pay esic. my delivery date is may-2017. my company also give maternity leave. esic and my organization i can receive maternity leave or if any one give maternity leave.

In your case Maternity Benefit Act will not be available.
