Is Aadhar Card Mandatory for PF Withdrawal and What If Your Name Has Changed?

Submission of Aadhar card for PF withdrawal: Is it mandatory to submit the Aadhar card along with the PAN card for PF withdrawal? What if one doesn't have it?

Also, if someone has it, they have the spouse's surname added to their name, while all other documents bear their maiden name. Can someone please help?

Aadhar card is optional right now for the members who have less than 10 yrs of service, but mandatory for EPS members who have opted for pension.
